Emma Chelstowski’s real estate career started early, managing properties directly while she was still in college. Since then, her work has stretched across nearly every side of the business: residential sales, luxury residential development, project management, operations, CRM and real estate technology, short term rentals, investment property, acquisitions and off market transactions.

She holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University, a background that pairs the financial and strategic side of a transaction with the personal one. Clients get both: someone who understands what a property means for their life, and someone who can model what it means for their balance sheet.
